Welcome to Gulf in the Pines, a recently updated 2-level Gulf front home located in the coveted Gulf Pines community. Ideal for families or small groups, the home features 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths and can accommodate 7 guests.

The living area is located on the first level of the home. Here you’ll find a comfortable living room with four cozy armchairs, a plush sofa and loveseat, a fireplace, and a flat screen Smart TV. The expansive screened-in porch with outdoor seating, a table and chairs, and 2 porch swings can be accessed off the living room.

The stylish and well-equipped kitchen is located just off the living area. It comes replete with everything needed to cook meals for your group, including stainless-steel appliances, as well as a breakfast bar that can accommodate 4.

Guests can enjoy their meals and catch up on the day’s events at the 6-seat dining table situated off the kitchen. The exterior of the home boasts a firepit, a hot tub, a propane grill, a fish-cleaning station, as well as direct access to the beach.

After a long day basking in the sun, you’ll enjoy getting some rest in one of three comfortable bedrooms: There are two king-sized bedrooms located on the first level of the home.
